"Really pleased with my dress"
I ordered a dress from Mura Boutique and was actually surprised by how nice it felt when it arrived. The fabric is soft and doesn’t feel thin or cheap, and the stitching seems well done too. It fit me nicely and has held up well after a wash, which I always appreciate. I’m happy with it overall and would probably order from them again.

Umm, overall the site was easy to use, and I found what I needed without too much trouble. The filters worked fine, and checkout was simple enough. A few pages did take a bit longer to load on my phone, and I kind of wish the product photos opened more smoothly. Still, it was a good shopping experience overall

I ordered from Mura Boutique and was surprised by how quickly my parcel arrived. The tracking updated properly the whole way, which was reassuring. The only downside was that the packaging looked a bit squashed when it got here, so it didn’t feel perfect. Still, the shipping speed was really good overall.

I was happy with the prices on Mura Boutique, especially after checking a few other shops first. The clothes felt totally worth what I paid, and I didn’t get that annoying feeling like I’d spent too much.

I had to swap a dress for a different size, which I always kind of dread, but it went smoothly. It did take a few days before I heard anything back, and I kept checking my email like, okay, did I miss something? But once they replied, everything got sorted and the replacement showed up just fine. So overall, good experience, just maybe a little faster with the updates would’ve been nice. I’d order again.

"Sizing was actually spot on"

So yeah, they did fix the issue with my order in the end, which I guess is the main thing, but it took so long that by the time it was sorted I was already frustrated. I kept checking for updates and waiting around, and it just felt like way more hassle than it needed to be.

I was trying to order a dress, but most of the sizes I liked were already sold out. A couple of items looked available at first, then suddenly showed as unavailable when I got to checkout, which was frustrating. The site itself is nice and easy enough to browse, but the stock feels really unpredictable. It’s tough to enjoy shopping when the best pieces never seem to be there, and I left feeling a bit disappointed.

"Tracking had me checking way too often"
I ordered from muraboutique.com.au and the tracking was the most frustrating part. It just didn’t update for ages, and for a few days I had no clue where my parcel actually was. I kept going back to check it myself, thinking maybe it had moved or maybe I’d missed something, then getting annoyed all over again. The order did turn up in the end, so that was fine, but the tracking could definitely be a lot clearer and more up to date...
